These conditions are non-negotiable.Once you place your order, I assume that
you've read the TOS in its entirety.
Full payment required to start. No refunds. The work will be completed no matter what.
You MUST send all references and descriptions before doing the payment. Otherwise, I won't accept it.
Orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Final price may vary depending on what is ordered.
I'm able to do anything as long as it doesn't bother me nor exceed my abilities.
I don't work with deadlines. BUT if you need, you must pay an extra %.
Order processes are listed in a Trello list that will be provided to the client once payment has been made.
Illustrations and designs are EXCLUSIVELY for personal use, UNLESS otherwise is indicated. If you're going to use my illustrations in content that you'll monetize, you'll have to pay an extra % for usage royalties, and give me credit wherever you use them.
These fees are for USAGE not for OWNERSHIP.
This is NON-negotiable.
Commercial Use & Deadline Priority Fees
If you want to use the illustration for profit/monetization purposes, such as book covers, ads, streaming, monetized videos, merch, and more, you must pay an extra 20% based on the total value of your order. This is a one-time payment.
If you need your order in advance or before a specific date, you must pay an extra 15% of the total of your order, only if you want your order to be prioritized.
For illustrations +18; partial or full nudity and some fetishes are OK. As long as they don't involve topics that make me uncomfortable to work with.
What I WON'T do:
Bestiality, criminal acts, acts of discrimination, child nudity, or any other topic involving immoral acts.
